Do you build with new wood or do you only use reclaimed wood?

I build the majority of my items using reclaimed wood as I specialize in rustic furniture. I can add certain components where using new wood makes sense.

Do you deliver?

Delivery can be arranged depending on the item purchased and your location.

I would like a very long bench, 9 feet, for the entry of my house. Can you build something this large?

Yes! I specialize in custom builds so the size usually isn't a problem. A large custom item such as this requires a little bit more time to design and build.

Once we place an order with you, how long will it take you to build?

The build time will depend on my current build schedule and how complicated the build. If you are ordering something from our photo gallery, it may only take me a few days up to 3-weeks to complete. If you are ordering a custom build the whole process from design, design approval, to completion of the item could take as long as 6-8 weeks.

Can I pay with a credit card?

• Sorry, I am not set up to take credit cards.
• Cash only for items that are not custom builds.

Do you require a deposit?

• If you are ordering something that I normally build, no deposit needed, cash only for payment.
• If you are placing a custom order, a 50% deposit and a signed agreement is needed before work will begin. The deposit can be paid with a check.

If I need to cancel an order, will I get my deposit back?

If you have ordered a custom item and have sent in a deposit, you can receive 50% of your deposit back if I have not started work on your item. If the work has been started, I cannot give a refund.  The refund policy will be spelled out in your contract.
